I long since left the desktop support and do full time web site security / identity management integration and support now, but was a full time Solaris, and Windows system support admin at some points in my previous history. I liked Stephen King's The Cell about a cell phone virus that infects everyone on the phone around the world at the same time and scrambles their brains, turning them into zombies.
